Job Summary:

The Center Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing customer service to all customers, taking the customers orders, along with pricing information.

Job Description:

The Center Customer Service Associate will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Operate a wide variety of equipment

  • Take customer orders

  • Assist customers

  • Move boxes and equipment

  • Operate computers

  • Write and fill out forms

  • Sort and collate papers

  • Handle money

  • Make recommendations to customers based on their needs.  

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Center Customer Service Associate Job

  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to following instructions and communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of office equipment
  • Ability to multitask between projects, team player.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Friendly and informative skills.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Center Customer Service Associate Job

  • High school diploma or GED.
