The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for customer service, inbound calls/emails and outbound calls/emails.

  • Perform customer service

  • Perform order processing and clerical functions in support of Company operations. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • One year customer service experience.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job

  • High School graduate or equivalent, plus one or more years of college or business school.
