  • Help clients by taking payments

  • Transfer balances to various client accounts

  • Answer routine to advance questions in regards to banking products and services

  • Help people and find solutions to their problems

  • Provide a superior level of service to credit card clients and applicants

  • Ensure quality and compliance standards

  • Provide world class customer service in fast and friendly manner

  • Perform documentation and data entry of key information into computer system for future reference. 

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Banking Customer Service Representative Job
