Job Description:

The Administrative Customer Service Assistant will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Responsible for completing requests of verification of rent and providing resident letters to Company residents

  • Responsible for oversight of these tasks and for corresponding via email with Company residents to ensure timely follow up

  • Scan documents and set tasks for other Customer Service Specialists to contact Company residents. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Administrative Customer Service Assistant Job

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • 1 year administrative experience.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Administrative Customer Service Assistant Job

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
