EMSD Customer Service Representative will
serve as as the initial contact for
customers that are starting to use the
Company Payroll product.

The
EMSD Customer Service Representative will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Make
accurate and clear data entries into
the call tracking database system
while maintaining a professional
demeanor to resolve questions and
issues

Meet
performance and customer service
standards despite schedule pressures

Focus
on 1st call resolution, average
handle time and adherence to
schedule.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For EMSD Customer Service Representative Job
Excellent analytical, problem
solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to increase productivity to
meet rising customer demand in a
high volume call center
Ability to prioritize, handle
multiple task and work under time
constraints and deadlines
Some
payroll, bookkeeping or Accounting
knowledge preferred
QuickBooks experience a plus
Proficient using MS Windows
and software in PC environment
Strong keyboarding and data entry
skills
Superior customer service skills
Demonstrated attention to detail
skills
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
EMSD Customer Service Representative Job
AA degree or equivalent experience.
