The
Construction Worker will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
The
Construction Worker will cover the
various phases of construction including
but not limited to site work, slabs and
foundations, framing, exterior trim,
doors & windows, exterior cladding,
waterproofing, insulation, drywall,
plastering, painting, interior finishes,
mill work, stone, tile counter tops,
flooring, hardware, appliances, glass,
landscape, driveways, working knowledge
of all major trades and project
completion and close out.

Skill For Construction Worker Job
The
Construction Worker should possess basic knowledge of
residential construction and remodeling
trades, practices, procedures,
techniques, tools and equipment, and
materials
He/She
should have the ability to read blueprints
Mathematical skills and analytical
skills necessary to take and compute
measurements
The
Construction Worker must be able to
understand verbal and written
instructions, organize assigned tasks,
for completion alone or with help,
complete and fulfill paperwork required
for personal time sheets
Possess
the ability
to perform tasks on all areas and
aspects of construction project
The
Construction Worker should be hard
working, motivated and skilled
He/She
must be highly organized, self-starter
who gives attention to details and
deadlines, all while working in a fast
paced construction environment
Ability to climb ladders for
heights of up to 60 feet, and crawl for
distances of 50 feet and the ability to
work with tools, lumber and materials
The
Construction Worker must be able to lift and manipulate
objects of up to 80 lbs for 50 feet
He/She should possess minimum of 6
months experience.
