Job Summary:

The Combat Engineer - Construction and Engineering Specialist will be responsible for providing construction and engineering support vital to the successful outcome of Army National Guard missions.

Job Description:

The Combat Engineer - Construction and Engineering Specialist will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • The Combat Engineer - Construction and Engineering Specialist will be involved in designing and building bridges, roadways, secure perimeters, and tactical firing systems

  • He/She will be detecting and safely neutralizing mines and other dangers

  • Ensure the safe and timely mobility of other combat teams and materials.       

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Combat Engineer - Construction and Engineering Specialist Job

  • The Combat Engineer - Construction and Engineering Specialist must be between the ages of 17 and 35
  • He/She must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
  • Must meet citizenship requirements (see NATIONALGUARD.com for details).

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Combat Engineer - Construction and Engineering Specialist Job
