Job Summary:
The
Senior
Computer Sciences Analyst will perform
professional assignments requiring
complete understanding and application
of concepts, practices and techniques
within the IT Security field. He/She
will be responsible for IT Security
support, administration & auditing of
Active Directory, Internet Proxies,
Antivirus, Vulnerability Management, and
Log Correlation as well as developing
more effective procedures for ongoing
requirements surrounding these systems.

Description:
The
Senior Computer Sciences Analyst will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Provide IT Security
engineering and auditing oversight
for Active Directory, Internet
Proxies, Antivirus, Vulnerability
Management, and Log Correlation
systems
Monitor and administer enterprise log correlation (SIEM)
and vulnerability management systems
(VMS)
Perform malware and malicious
code reverse engineering and
analysis
Perform log review and system
forensics, reporting discretely to
HR and or Legal in support of policy
violations
Perform audits of account
usage and follow established
procedures for the
provisioning/de-provisioning of
accounts
Perform IT Security
assessments of proposed systems,
applications, and solutions to
ensure they meet with IT Security
policies and procedures prior to
purchase.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Senior Computer Sciences
Analyst Job
-
Strong working knowledge of
Active Directory and group policy
security schemes
-
Strong working knowledge of SIEM,
Vulnerability Management, and
Malicious code detection
technologies
-
Experience around
application/system IT Security
assessments
-
Experience around conducting
internal and external penetration
testing
-
Ability to obtain and maintain
a U.S. Security Clearance at the
appropriate level (requires U.S.
Citizenship).
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Senior Computer Sciences Analyst
Job

Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate
discipline and 6 years of directly
related experience or an equivalent
combination of education and
experience
-
CISSP, CISA, CEH, CEPT, GIAC, GWAP,
CCIE (Security), or CCSP
certifications a plus.
