Job
Description:
The
Personal Computer Support Technician will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Install and troubleshoot Microsoft
Office, Microsoft Operating systems
and ACE applications
-
Support wireless access for ACE
users from remote locations
-
Resolve user issues with email,
network, remote access and other
mission critical resources
-
Technically and Professionally
Manage and Resolve Level 2 and 3
Help Desk problems
-
Install and support network and
local printers and other peripheral
devices required by ACE team members
-
Use
Remedy Help Desk System to track
service level performance items and
user satisfaction issues.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Personal Computer Support
Technician Job
-
Three
Years experience supporting computer
users in a network environment
-
Five
years experience installing,
troubleshooting and support
Microsoft applications, desktops and
laptops
-
Three
years experience supporting remote
access users in a team oriented and
professional environment
-
Ability to obtain an INTERIM SECRET
Clearance prior to start; FINAL
SECRET clearance must be obtained
within six months. Active
Secret clearance (preferred).
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Personal Computer Support Technician
Job

Associates Degree in Information
Technology, Networking,
Telecommunications, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's
degree in Telecommunications,
Computer Science, Math, Science or
Engineering; A+, Security+ or
equivalent Information Assurance
Certification.
