implementing a large ERP solution to
modernize Company Logistics systems.

The
Oracle ERP Computer Based Training
Education Developer will perform all or some of the
following Job description:
Produce design for online content
and determines the size and
arrangement of illustrative material
including selecting style and size
of type, and arranging layout based
upon available space
Conduct research and create
eLearning prototypes
Conceptualize, design, and produce
graphics demonstrating complex
constructs and concepts
Create interactive courseware using
Adobe Creative Suite, including
Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks,
Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar
tools
Collaborate and communicate with
other developers, instructional
designers, and graphic artists
Apply
instructional systems design (ISD)
theories and learning principles
Understand how training
interventions fit within a business
solution
Provide reporting to management on
training development progress and
completion.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Oracle ERP Computer Based
Training Education Developer Job
Intensive and progressive experience
in a computer related field
including development and design of
software systems and WED development
Experience creating graphics and
animation to support eLearning
content
Experience using multiple coding
languages (read and write basic,
HTML/DHTML/Action
script/JavaScript/XML/CSS)
Experience working with Oracle ERP
application
Experience working with e-learning
and blended learning programs,
web-based training development, and
asynchronous learning content
Experience with standard Adobe
Macromedia products (Photoshop,
Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash,
Fireworks)
Experience with CBT development
tools (such as Articulate) and
ability to build interactions,
pop-ups, and integrate simulations
into learning programs
Experience developing functional
training with emphasis on technology
and business process training
development and design
Strong communication skills (oral,
written and interpersonal) - be
prepared to create and submit a
writing sample
Experience working with course
development accelerator tools like
Oracle's User Productivity Kit (UPK)
Experience working with
communications practices, principles
and procedures.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Oracle ERP Computer Based Training
Education Developer Job
Bachelor's degree in fine arts,
graphic design, computer science,
mathematics, or engineering or a
mathematics-intensive discipline, or
equivalent and 12-15 years of
related experience.
