Job
Description:
The
Computer Technical Support Analyst will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Under
general supervision, install network
and desktop hardware/software
Develop hardware/software
installation schedules
Configure systems and communications
devices and peripheral equipment
Train
site personnel on the proper use of
hardware/software
Load
new software releases at the
customer site and maintenance
updates
Track
trouble calls
Process trouble reports
Perform system analysis, integration
and support of new desktop
interfaces/products as required.

General understanding of networking
in a Windows networked environment

Experience providing customer

Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Computer Technical Support Analyst
Job

Bachelors degree from an accredited
college in a related discipline, or
equivalent experience/combined
education, with 2 years of
professional experience; or no
experience required with a related
Masters degree.
Considered experienced, but still a
learner. 6 YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED IF CANDIDATE DOES NOT HAVE
A BACHELORS DEGREE"
