Description:
The
Computer Systems Engineer will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Design and develop solutions to
complex applications problems,
system administration issues
Use
standard operating and diagnostic
protocols to resolve standard to
complex system level issues
Identify and interpret
interoperability and support
matrixes, identify, review, create
and deliver timely and high focused
training programs and/or
serviceability enhancements within
the field and technical support
departments
Validate technical information and
issues early warning and
disseminating information as needed
Work
closely with Global Support by
providing technical expertise to
troubleshoot the customer complex
environment
Implement, design and understand the
complex topology of the SAN and WAN
May
be assigned to various,
unanticipated sites throughout the
Country.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Computer Systems Engineer Job

60
months of progressive,
post-baccalaureate work experience
in job offered or computer-related
occupation
-
Experience in Symmetrix Series
DMX-3000, DMX-2000, DMX-1000,
Clariion Series CX300, CX500,
CX-700, CX950 and NAS, Celerra
Hardware (NS500G, NS500, NS700G,
NS700), Technical Support for CISCO
Fabric Channel Switches/Brocade
Switches, and MC Data Switches for
San products.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Computer Systems Engineer

field.
