The Computer Systems Analysis Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Manage and direct the design, development, installation, implementation, research for, and maintenance of internal data processing computer systems and utilities

• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

• Direct the research of internal or external customers' needs, and ensure determination of equipment and software requirements for solutions to problems by means of automated systems; development of customized solutions to customer/user problems

• Oversee the establishment of system parameters and formats; ensurance of hardware/software compatibility; and modification of user requirements in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities

• Ensure analysis of new hardware to determine its need or application in the existing or proposed system; advise on new techniques and validate estimated costs associated with new or revised programs and utilities.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Computer Systems Analysis Manager Job

• Extensive ITIL experience/Certification
• Experience with VM Ware
• PMI/PMP skill
• Experience in developing and implementing plans and procedures to ensure system availability.
