Job Description:

The Computer Support 2 Technician will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of computer software, computer and printer hardware within the predefined program service level agreements.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Computer Support 2 Technician Job
  • 1 year (5 years preferred) of desktop/laptop troubleshooting and repair experience

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Computer Support 2 Technician Job

  • AA or other 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience (Basic qualifications.)
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelors degree in information technology field, MCSE certification, HP hardware certification.
