Description:
The
Computer Services Technical Engineer will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Provide Level-3 support of network
devices (routers, switches,
wireless, security, and VOIP
equipment)
-
Work
on network related projects, network
monitoring (spectrum and NetFlow -
Mazu); Voice (Moves, Additions, and
Changes)
-
Assist in planning and deploying
network for DR at 11 MTC
-
Assist in refining the remote access
(RA and FTP).

Network generalist skills

Knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless,
voice, and security technologies

Hands-on installing, configuring,
and troubleshooting of Cisco
routers, switches, wireless, and
voice and security equipment

Ability to lift heavy items of more
than 40 lbs
-
Ability to work in a team or work
alone on projects.
