Description:
The
Computer Scientist V will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Develop software, and design web
primarily for scientific and
engineering systems and applications

Under supervision provide input to
and for software requirements
analysis, design, design reviews,
development, software testing,
integration, installation, and
maintenance of complex computer
systems
-
Participate in the development and
improvement of software development
processes

Design database, develop and
maintain websites
-
Design
Microsoft SQL Server
Design
Microsoft Access database with
Visual Basic and vbscript.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Computer Scientist V Job

Ability to work in team environment

Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX system
-
Knowledge of
C,C++,
and Lab View GUI
Knowledge of
Windows 2008 System Administration,
including virtual machine
technology, hardware/software
installations
Minimum 12 year experience
Ability to communicate effectively
with customers including engineers,
business managers, and scientists.
