Description:
The
Computer Operations Support Analyst
Staff will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Provide local DPMO end-user IT
support through a centralized
Service Desk
-
Provide onsite service support for
Windows XP desktop systems, software
and peripherals, create and maintain
trouble tickets in Remedy and
provide phone support, in person and
at remote locations
-
Provide user assistance and training
in conduct informal brown bag
training sessions for groups up to
approximately 15 people on approved
topic as well as IT Support on DPMO
Family Updates (some non-local
travel is required)
-
Provide support to an enterprise
management system
-
Perform monitoring and management of
mainframes, networks and workgroup
servers.

Windows XP, Microsoft Office, PC
Hardware and Software
-
Experience working on
troubleshooting and resolving
desktop issues, customer service.

Experience with the Remedy tool,

Good oral and written communications
skills
-
Basic knowledge of Information
Assurance and security requirements
and experience with Mobile Armor
-
Security Clearance TS/SCI.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Computer Operations Support Analyst

Job

Bachelors degree from an accredited
college in a related discipline, or
equivalent experience/combined
education, with 10 years of
professional experience; or 8 years
of professional experience with a
related Masters degree
-
ITIL
certification.
