Description:
The
Computer
Operations Operator will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Responsible for operating and
monitoring computer auxiliary peripheral
equipment to ensure that tasks are
processed in accordance with a schedule
of operations
-
Maintain daily schedule
logs and equipment malfunction reports
via incident tracking system
-
Monitor output devices and data to
ensure the integrity of reports
-
May
ensure efficient receipt of input and
accurate delivery of output
-
Assist computer users with questions
and problems
-
Process scheduled and non-scheduled
batch jobs
-
Assist in researching
problems associated with batch jobs
occurring during scheduled shift
-
Monitor batch processing via
enterprise scheduling applications
-
May provide assistance in maintaining
consumable processing supplies.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Computer Operations Operator Job

2 or more years of related experience

General understanding of
computer equipment
-
Problem-solving, analytical skills and
the ability to balance multiple
priorities.
