Job Description:

The Computer - Help Desk Technician will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Provide expert and creative solutions to user problems to ensure satisfaction, monitors systems performance, and manage operators/help desk

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of computers and support systems.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Computer - Help Desk Technician Job

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 95, Windows 98, NT, and some Unix

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational skills

  • Sound understanding of Enterprise backup procedures in varying platforms

  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting personal computers

  • Excellent technical documentation skills.  

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Computer - Help Desk Technician Job

  • High school diploma, some college preferred

  • A+ Certification and Network Certification.
