Description:
The
Asset Management Specialist - Computer
System Analyst will perform all or some of the
following Job description:

Work
with Company and client software
tools and systems such as BMC Remedy
and a Configuration Management
Database (CMDB) to maintain customer
and Company asset management systems
-
Coordinate and facilitate internal
Company meetings to gather and
document asset management
requirements and explore complex
solutions
-
Participate and provide expertise in
technical reviews
-
Provide time estimates for project
related tasks.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Asset Management Specialist -
Computer System Analyst Job

Zero
or more years of systems development
or systems analysis experience

Experience working with appropriate
programming languages, operating
systems, hardware and software

Experience working with relational
databases to facilitate systems
analysis

Experience working with Inventory
Management

Experience with asset management
software tools and systems such as
BMC Remedy and a Configuration
Management Database (CMDB)

Strong communication skills

Strong analytical and problem
solving skills

Strong presentation skills

Certification / Licensure For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
combination of education and
experience

Bachelor's degree in computer
science, management information
systems, or related field

ITIL
Foundation certification or
experience with implementing IT
Service Management processes

Associate's Degree with two years of
related experience or High School
diploma with four years of
specialized experience in related
field, or Bachelor's Degree with one
year experience or Master's Degree
with no experience
-
Associate's Degree in information
systems, supply chain management, or
related field.
