Job Description:

The Adjunct Instructor Computer Programming will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Teach assigned courses in accordance with course competencies and syllabi

  • Develop and/or utilize a variety of instructional strategies, techniques and delivery methods designed to meet the individual learning styles of students

  • Foster a safe and civil learning environment

  • Inform students about course requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance policies

  • Monitor, evaluate, and document student attendance, progress and competency attainment. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Adjunct Instructor Computer Programming Job

  • 2 years in-field professional employment

  • Teaching excellence

  • Research and publication

  • 18 credits or equivalent relevant coursework beyond Bachelor's

  • Demonstrated effectiveness working with populations having diverse values, and/or coming from varied cultures and backgrounds.  

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Adjunct Instructor Computer Programming Job

  • Master's in Business field OR Related Master's with 18 semester credits of courses in the field beyond the introductory principles level OR Bachelor's degree in Business field with documentation in 2 or more areas.
