The Student Worker Clerical - Web Application will be responsible for spending a significant amount of time on re-designing the Financial Management Division's Rspace (intranet page) configuration.

Job Description:

The Student Worker Clerical - Web Application will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Put all appropriate management information on the site in a way that will allow for easy retrieval of information

• Work with professional staff to write procedures for various tasks in the division and posting them to the Financial Management Division's intranet page

• Perform a variety of duties for supervisors in the division

• Process vendor payments

• Provide filing assistance to Company payroll and accounts payable staff

• Provide general support of Company agencies vehicle reservations and maintenance

• Data enter divisional spending plans into MAPS and provide support to Company Performance Measurement area

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
