Job Description:

The Senior Clerical Support Staff will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Under supervision, responsible for performing complex clerical duties of a varied nature requiring exercising judgment.  

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Senior Clerical Support Staff Job

  • 6 months clerical/office experience
  • Ability to work independently and with co-workers
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
  • 6 months experience as switchboard operator receptionist
  • Ability to take and meeting testing criteria
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
  • Valid drivers license and good driving record.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Senior Clerical Support Staff Job

  • High School Diploma or GED.
