Job Summary:
The
Receptionist - Clerical will be responsible for
appropriately screening and routing
incoming calls, greeting walk-in
visitors in a friendly, professional
manner, and providing clerical support
as assigned.

Receptionist - Clerical will perform

description:

Answer phone in a manner which
exemplifies professionalism and
friendliness

Route
phone calls and/or visitors to the
appropriate person or department in
a professional and timely manner

Ensure that all written messages are
clear and passed on promptly

Process cash sales and complete
daily cash deposits
-
Reconcile and audit cash box
-
Perform general duties such as
keyboarding, filing, making copies,
handling incoming and outgoing mail,
and sending correspondence as
assigned
-
Perform data entry consisting of
updating computer records including
customer maintenance and other
records as assigned.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Receptionist - Clerical Job

Strong PC skills (i.e., Microsoft
Word, Excel and Outlook)

Ability to work quickly and
accurately under time constraints
and against deadlines

Interpersonal and organizational
skills

Self
starter and detail oriented

Ability to communicate verbally and
in writing
-
Previous customer service related
telephone experience.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Receptionist - Clerical Job

High
school diploma or general education
degree (GED) and a minimum of six
months related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination
of education and experience.
