Job Description:

The Office-Clerical partner will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • key-in and approve invoices for finished goods received in all Distribution Centers

  • Investigate receiving discrepancies

  • Update vendors with payment information and/or discrepancies on invoices. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Office-Clerical partner Job

  • Two years administrative experience
  • Experience handling invoices preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and/or systems (Including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet/Intranet).

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Office-Clerical partner Job

  • High School Diploma/GED.
