Job Summary:
The
Human Resource Clerk will be responsible for
updating and safekeeping of employees’
file and assist the head in other
clerical work.Job
Description:
The
Human Resource Clerk will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Courteously answers telephone calls
and attend to queries and concerns
-
Entertain office visitors as well as
employees, attending to their needs
promptly
-
Regularly update employees’ file
ensuring all records are properly
documented
-
Attend to minor complains made by
employees regarding their records
while directing serious cases to the
HR head
-
Draft
office correspondence such as
letters and notices and distribute
them to the different departments or
personnel concerned
-
Ensure that internal and external
office documents are filed properly
-
Assist in the preparation of venues
and materials during the conduct of
HR-related activities
-
May
perform other duties delegated by
the head
-
Book
flight, hotel accommodation and make
necessary reservations for speakers
and guests of the office.

Minimum Education Requirements /

school diploma, a degree in
business, marketing, or an office
related field is desirable

Any
qualification in office management
and/or prior experience will be
considered beneficial.
