  • Answer multi-line phone systems

  • Greet customers and clients

  • Perform data entry

  • Provide administrative support

  • Maintain databases, and other clerical duties as needed.   

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For General Clerical And Administrative Staff Job

  • One to two years' experience in a general clerical or administrative role
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Efficient organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with professionalism regarding confidential information.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For General Clerical And Administrative Staff Job
