Job Summary:
The
Customer Service - Clerical Records
Filer will be responsible for providing
entry-level office support services
within Company customer locations.
He/She will be
primarily focused in building relationships
with customers while providing important
office support. In this position the
Clerical Records Filer will be
responsible for providing copy/print
services, mail services, shipping and
other office related tasks.

Description:
The
Customer Service - Clerical Records
Filer will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Run high volume copy machines and
perform binding and finishing work
-
Ensure convenience copiers are working
properly, checking for quality via daily
inspections
-
Clear paper jams and
inform technicians of specific
problems
-
Perform all repair service on customer
copier equipment
-
Maintain records for management
reports and inventories of supplies
needed
-
Distribute office supplies, fax
transmissions and mail to company
personnel and/or designated drop-off
points as required
-
Calculate charges for jobs performed
and maintain some billing logs
-
Respond to and coordinate all service
calls required by customer
-
May perform filing duties in
conjunction with specific customer
requests.
