Clerical Technology Assistant will perform

Provide administrative and technical
support to departments

Prepare reports
-
Research and compile data and
prepare accurate and comprehensive
reports, surveys and statistical
data

Prepare written technical
documentation and information such
as training material standards and
grants
-
Provide technical support for
business and instructional hardware
and software
Perform installations for users as
needed
Troubleshoot software and hardware
issues
Diagnose and solve user computer
hardware, software and network
issues
Update website
Work
on special projects as needed.

variety of tasks

Intermediate computer hardware and
software troubleshooting and repair

Knowledge of
computerized networks
Record keeping technique and
inventory procedures
Ability to establish priorities and
work independently

deliver results in a fast paced
environment
Attention to detail and the ability
to multi task while maintaining a
high quality of work
Ability to
ensure quality control
Proofreading and editing skills
Ability to
update database with appropriate
