Description:
The
Clerical Assistant - Oracle will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Enter
and control data from confidential
employee records into Oracle based
HR system
Review source documents for accuracy
and completion of data input
Work
with HR and payroll staff to ensure
all data is received and completed
on time
Complete quality control review
Generate, review, address issues and
make any necessary changes in HR
system (Oracle) based on analysis of
required audit reports
Respond to questions, concerns and
requests of all internal customers
Help
educate and train internal
customers, as needed, on record
keeping requirements, HR system
processes, and electronic
I-9/E-verify system.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Clerical Assistant - Oracle Job
Strong administrative skills, at
least 12 months of current
experience working in Oracle or
Oracle HRMS
Detailed oriented
Strong customer service
skills
Demonstrated proficiency
in MS Office.
