Clerical Assistant - Oracle Job Description

 

 

 

Job Description:

The Clerical Assistant - Oracle will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Enter and control data from confidential employee records into Oracle based HR system

  • Review source documents for accuracy and completion of data input

  • Work with HR and payroll staff to ensure all data is received and completed on time

  • Complete quality control review

  • Generate, review, address issues and make any necessary changes in HR system (Oracle) based on analysis of required audit reports

  • Respond to questions, concerns and requests of all internal customers

  • Help educate and train internal customers, as needed, on record keeping requirements, HR system processes, and electronic I-9/E-verify system.     

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Clerical Assistant - Oracle Job

  • Strong administrative skills, at least 12 months of current experience working in Oracle or Oracle HRMS
  • Detailed oriented
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office.
