Clerical Assistant - Mortgage will be
responsible for coordinating mortgage
paper files using a stacking order list.
He/She will also identify missing
mortgage documentation.Job
Description:
The
Clerical Assistant - Mortgage will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Complete basic clerical duties to
support the delivery of quality
service

Review files for proper
documentation
-
Prepare items for filming, complete
routine forms for processing,
position, or proofing routine
documents and transactions

Act
as the Receptionist answering the
telephone and/or directing visitors
-
May
operate various office equipment
such as a personal computer,
typewriter, copier, fax machine,
microfilmer; or operate a terminal
or Personal Computer to access data
-
Sort
and distribute mail.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Clerical Assistant - Mortgage Job
Knowledge of mortgage origination
paperwork
Specialized knowledge and experience
such as Mortgage, Sales, Customer
Service, Telemarketing, Real Estate,
etc.
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and
Lotus Notes, Confidentiality, Data
entry skills
Ability to handle high volumes, and
operate office equipment
Good
organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Strong typing skill.
