Contact insurance carriers or agents
to obtain policy information

Utilize several business
applications and use appropriate
technology to perform routine
activities

Maintain internal, operational, and
financial controls and ensure they
meet company standards

Ensure a high quality of service and
effective and efficient operations
support for the assigned area's
internal business partners and/or
external clients

Perform extensive research of
insurance related information to perform
daily processing of business unit's
work queues.
