Description:
The
Clerical-Admin Assistant will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Perform researching, collecting,
organizing, and disseminating
information in a timely manner
Prepare correspondence, memos,
reports and other written materials
Answer phones inquiries and routing
to appropriate staff members
Prepare simple analyses of requested
information or data
Ensure invoices are processed in a
timely manner
Assist with meeting logistics and
operations.
