Job Description:

The Clerical-Admin Assistant will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Perform researching, collecting, organizing, and disseminating information in a timely manner

  • Prepare correspondence, memos, reports and other written materials

  • Answer phones inquiries and routing to appropriate staff members

  • Prepare simple analyses of requested information or data

  • Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner

  • Assist with meeting logistics and operations.   

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Clerical-Admin Assistant Job

  • Two years administrative experience. 

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Clerical-Admin Assistant Job

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
