Job Description:

The Administrative and Clerical Assistant will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Perform data entry, both numeric and alphanumeric (usually within Excel)

  • Perform typing

  • Perform file creation within Word

  • Perform filing, faxing, copying and other various clerical tasks

  • Answer phones and direct calls accordingly.  

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Administrative and Clerical Assistant Job

  • Solid, stable work history with positive references
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Upbeat, positive attitude with the ability to learn on-the-job
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen prior to start of job.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Administrative and Clerical Assistant Job

  • HS Diploma or GED.
