Job Summary:
The
District Administrative Assistant will
be responsible for providing general
administrative support to the District
Manager and other district personnel.
Job
Description:
The
District Administrative Assistant will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Performing administrative tasks such
as typing correspondence, answering
telephones, ordering supplies,
paying bills, preparing new hire and
other personnel action documents,
open and distribute mail, logs,
manuals and files
-
Organize district and training
meetings, plan and prepare training
material
-
Set
up conference calls and make travel
arrangements
Produce
and compile accurate daily, monthly
and quarterly reports to be used at
the district, region, and division
levels.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For District Administrative
Assistant Job
One
to two years of directly related
work experience in secretarial
experience, finance experience
(consumer finance preferred), and
branch environment experience
Excellent analytical skills used in
problem solving situations
Excellent telephone and
interpersonal skills used
appropriately in dealing with
co-workers, subordinates and field
employees
Familiarity with PC-like hardware
and software
Ability to function in a fast paced
environment and to manage multiple
priorities
Ability to work flexible hours
45-50 wpm typing ability.
Minimum Education Requirements /
