District Administrative Assistant Job Description

 

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The District Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the District Manager and other district personnel. 

Job Description:

The District Administrative Assistant will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Performing administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, answering telephones, ordering supplies, paying bills, preparing new hire and other personnel action documents, open and distribute mail, logs, manuals and files

  • Organize district and training meetings, plan and prepare training material

  • Set up conference calls and make travel arrangements

  • Produce and compile accurate daily, monthly and quarterly reports to be used at the district, region, and division levels.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For District Administrative Assistant Job

  • One to two years of directly related work experience in secretarial experience, finance experience (consumer finance preferred), and branch environment experience
  • Excellent analytical skills used in problem solving situations
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills used appropriately in dealing with co-workers, subordinates and field employees
  • Familiarity with PC-like hardware and software
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment and to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • 45-50 wpm typing ability.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For District Administrative Assistant Job

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
