Corporate Senior Administrative Assistant Job Description

 

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Corporate Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Compliance & Ethics and the Internal Audit management teams, which will involve performance of routine and non-routine tasks. He/She will perform problem solving and analytical research, create and update entries on Company website and maintain the Business Ethics Questionnaire and Report and Certification applications.

Job Description:

The Corporate Senior Administrative Assistant will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Work effectively with senior managers

  • Assess and process confidential documents and materials

  • Maintain the Report and Certification and Business Ethics Questionnaire applications

  • Process and maintain Political Activity and Director, Officer and Consultant requests

  • Maintain the Records Management database

  • Update Compliance and Ethics entries on Company

  • Generate and update reports to track global compliance training completions

  • Provide general administrative support.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Corporate Senior Administrative Assistant Job

  • Strong analytical, oral and written communication, problem solving and time management skills
  •  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision with a high level of attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Intermediate skills in Excel and Access.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Corporate Senior Administrative Assistant Job

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

  • Certification in SQL preferred.
