Job Summary:
The
Corporate Senior Administrative
Assistant will
be responsible for supporting the
Compliance & Ethics and the Internal
Audit management teams, which will
involve performance of routine and
non-routine tasks. He/She will perform
problem solving and analytical research,
create and update entries on Company
website and maintain the Business Ethics
Questionnaire and Report and
Certification applications.

Work
effectively with senior managers

Assess and process confidential
documents and materials

Maintain the Report and
Certification and Business Ethics
Questionnaire applications

Process and maintain Political
Activity and Director, Officer and
Consultant requests

Maintain the Records Management
database

Update Compliance and Ethics entries
on Company

Generate and update reports to track
global compliance training
completions

Provide
general administrative support.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Corporate Senior
Administrative Assistant Job
Strong
analytical, oral and written
communication, problem solving and
time management skills
Demonstrated
ability to manage multiple tasks in
a fast-paced environment under
minimal supervision with a high
level of attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and
Outlook
Intermediate skills in Excel and
Access.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Corporate Senior Administrative
Assistant
