The Administrative Supervisor will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Perform office management functions

  • Assist the social work manager

  • Organize update filing systems

  • Perform oversight of all office functions, staffing issues, daily operational issues, secretarial duties, HR and SW policy compliance and payroll.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Administrative Supervisor Job

  • 3-5 years administrative experience and Spanish speaking preferred.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Administrative Supervisor Job

  • Associate/Bachelor degree.
