Job
Description:
The
Administrative Production Facilitator will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Review information and enter
customer purchase orders into
internal MAS 90 (Sage) software
package
-
Gather needed facts (internally and
externally) to facilitate orders in
a timely manner through various
steps until order has successfully
been
completed
-
Contact vendors for updates on
orders and convey this information
to
Sales staff through written and
verbal communication
-
Assist in preparing price quotations
and internal and external
purchase orders.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Administrative Production
Facilitator Job

Expert level in data entry and the
complete Microsoft Office Package
-
Ability to organize multiple work
assignments and establish priorities
in a very fast paced environment

Close
attention to details and to ensure
accuracy of reports and data

Sound
decision making using available
information
-
Expert skill level in both oral and
written communication will fellow
team members, customers and various
mills.
