Job Description:

The Administrative Production Facilitator will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Review information and enter customer purchase orders into internal MAS 90 (Sage) software package

  • Gather needed facts (internally and externally) to facilitate orders in a timely manner through various steps until order has successfully been
    completed

  • Contact vendors for updates on orders and convey this information to
    Sales staff through written and verbal communication

  • Assist in preparing price quotations and internal and external
    purchase orders.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Administrative Production Facilitator Job

  • Expert level in data entry and the complete Microsoft Office Package
  • Ability to organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities in a very fast paced environment
  • Close attention to details and to ensure accuracy of reports and data
  • Sound decision making using available information
  • Expert skill level in both oral and written communication will fellow team members, customers and various mills.
