Administrative/ Data Entry clerk will be responsible for
managing the administrative needs of the
firm and take it to the next level.

Administrative/ Data Entry clerk will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Answer phone rollovers
-
Assist with the arrival of guests
-
Manage the distribution of
mail/email/fax correspondences
-
Oversee conference room schedules
and meeting event set-up
-
Stock
and maintain supply room and kitchen
-
Manage and assist staff with postage
machine
-
Serve
as facilities liaison to building
management
-
Assist with research, planning and
execution of various company
events
-
Research and contact vendors as
requested
-
Assist in scheduling on campus
interviews and events
-
Assist in new hire setup
-
Maintain supply of marketing
materials
-
Prepare letters and memoranda
according to established practices
-
Assist various departments with
administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Administrative/ Data Entry

years of administrative experience
-
Valid
drivers license and access to an
automobile
-
Solid
computer skills, experience
utilizing MS Word,
Excel and Outlook

Excellent written and oral
communication skills

Ability to work well without
supervision, take on new tasks as
needed, and flexibility

Ability to multi-task and excellent
