Job Summary:
The
Administrative Assistant Law Office will be responsible for
day-to-day administrative support for
several attorneys and/or paralegals.
He/She is also responsible for
maintaining complex files and supporting
complex document productions, and
gathering information from outside
counsel for accrual reporting.

The
Administrative Assistant Law Office will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Perform daily activities including
communications with clients and
outside parties, preparing and
sending complex documents and
maintaining complex files
-
Prepare correspondence, transcribe
tapes, proofread documents and
prepare documents for review by
paralegals and attorneys
-
Review & track invoices, and
coordinate travel & meeting
arrangements
-
Perform data entry into the matter
management system and hold order
system
-
Perform coordination and
communication of service of process.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Administrative Assistant Law
Office Job
-
Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel,
PowerPoint and other general
applications
-
Five
(5) years experience preferred
-
Record of high performance ratings,
proven ability to work and get along
with others, and capacity to handle
significant responsibilities with
minimal supervision.

Ability to prioritize daily work
assignments and manage multi-tasked
assignments as well as run reports
from legal applications
-
Ability to provide leadership for
the administrative function of the
organization.
