Job Summary:
The
Vice President Information Technology
will participate in the
formalization of the Company's
information management strategy.
Job
Description:
The
Vice President Information Technology will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Direct
information management budgeting,
strategic and tactical planning, and
database system strategy
-
Participate in the reengineering of
business processes with business
sponsors
-
Oversee
planning and implementation of all
business information systems, such as
sales, customer operations, warehouse
management, and internal communications
-
Direct
the information strategy of the company
based on forecasting information from
senior management
-
Set the
overall direction of internal business
systems
-
Identify
user needs and direct building of MIS
teams to work across all levels of the
organization
-
Serve as
primary corporate spokesperson for
information management
-
Explore
new technologies for future planning and
potential implementation
-
Interface
with Corporate IT Staff and industry on
information management and information
technology matters
-
Ensure
department processes and records are
timely maintained and that department is
in complete compliance with
Sarbanes-Oxley requirements throughout
each fiscal year.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Vice President Information
Technology Job

Seven to ten years related
experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education
and experience

Initiative and drive
-
Broad
relevant technical knowledge with
good management expertise
-
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
-
A
member-centric attitude and a strong
desire to work in a team oriented
environment that serves a diverse
population will be required for this
position.
