Job Summary:
The
Systems Analyst IT will provide project
management support for medium and large
institutional projects, including
Enterprise Data Warehousing projects
within the Enterprise Information
Management Acceleration Program.

The
Systems Analyst IT will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Perform
planning, directing, coordinating and
delivering activities pertaining to the
technology and business solution

Ensure
project goals are well-defined and are
accomplished and aligned with business
objectives
-
Identify
tasks required to meet those goals and
manage required resources

Familiar
with and monitor all major project
activities
-
Ensure
quality and meet standards
-
Coordinate long-term IT planning
activities, which may require you to
lead teams and process improvement
initiatives.

Strong understanding of software
development life cycles and project
management methodology

Strong skills in Microsoft Project,
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio or
other similar types of tools

professional disciplines and
business units, and work effectively
with various levels of management

Competent at managing multiple
projects concurrently

Strong leadership skills, including
team building, conflict resolution,
negotiation, and problem solving
skills

Track record of providing IT project
management support to ensure project
success, including meeting
objectives of scope, cost, time,
quality and satisfaction

Ability to work in a team
environment both as a member and a
facilitator and be willing to work
independently

Highly motivated and willing to
learn new processes where necessary,
especially as related to projects
for large-scale data warehousing
environments.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Systems Analyst IT Job
- A
Bachelor's degree and at least 5
years of recent and consecutive
professional IT-related project
management experience; OR an
Associate's degree and 7 years of
recent and consecutive IT-related
project management experience; OR 11
years of recent and consecutive
professional IT-related project
management experience.

Masters degree preferred
-
PMI or other project management
certification preferred.
