System Support Tech - Information
Technology will
be responsible for supporting,
troubleshooting, and resolving issues
with deployed hardware, software,
applications, and telecommunication
systems and technology.

The
System Support Tech - Information
Technology will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Answer
calls
-
Support
client software
-
Assist
users
-
Create
help desk trouble tickets for all
problems reported
-
Follow up
on tickets that were escalated or
assigned to other support personnel
-
Proactively communicate with the end
users concerning the status of their
issue
-
Place
service calls to outside vendors
-
Configure, deploy and support hardware
and client software
-
Maintain
the IT&S hardware and software asset
inventory
-
Perform
other
duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For System Support Tech - Information
Technology Job
-
Two (2) years recent experience
directly supporting users of
Microsoft Products within a company
LAN/WAN environment
-
Hospital or medical information
systems experience preferred
-
Ability to communicate clearly in
English, both verbally and in
writing
-
Detailed knowledge of most Microsoft
client applications and Operating
Systems
-
Highly knowledgeable of desktop
hardware configurations and
printers, TCP/IP
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Ability to mange multiple tasks and
prioritize actions
-
Ability to analyze and solve
problems.

High school graduate or equivalent

One (1) Microsoft Certification.
