The
Senior Manager IT Recruitment will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Ensure that the team resources are
appropriately allocated and
leveraged to meet the recruitment
needs of IT while delivering
efficient and cost effective support
-
Oversee recruiters, technical
recruiters, temporary and contract
labor resources, and employment
representatives in staffing
activities
-
Oversee and manage the consistent
use of applicant tracking system to
ensure compliance & fair recruitment
practices
-
Drive
the use of industry leading tools
and leverages analysis to delivery
effective recruiting resources
-
Ensure consistent corporate image
throughout recruiting campaigns
-
Develop and implement recruiting
plans to staff open requisitions
while minimizing cost per hire
-
Provide input and feedback on
industry/market trend as well as
sharing the concerns of candidates
to others in Human Resources and
management as appropriate
-
Select, develop, and evaluate
personnel to ensure the efficient
operation of the function
-
Personnel Management: Manage the
efforts of direct reporting, as well
as matrix reporting, positions
-
Responsible for selecting,
developing, and deploying personnel
in the most effective manner to meet
assigned objectives
-
Responsible for performance
management, compensation decisions,
and providing on-going, regular
developmental feedback
-
Influence performance management,
compensation decisions, and ongoing
feedback for individual contributors
reporting to direct report managers
-
Client Management: Responsible for
understanding and managing the needs
of the assigned client groups.
Tasked with ensuring the high level
objectives are being met while daily
tasked are executed to the benefit
of the client

Data
& Analytics: Responsible for
identifying suitable data sources
that can be leverage to perform
analysis on current and future work
volume & strategy

Use
data and analysis to introduce
improvements to cost per hire and or
recruitment effectiveness
-
Strategic development: Participate
in the identification and
development of objectives, goals,
and strategy relative to individual
functional area
-
Accountability: Assure that
effective controls are developed and
maintained to ensure the integrity
of the organization
-
Ensure that performance appraisals
are aligned with mission, goals and
outcomes and are completed within
established timeframes
-
Monitor and evaluate plans; focus on
results and measuring attainment of
outcomes
Overall control of planning,
staffing, budgeting, managing
expense priorities, performance
requirements, and recommending and
implementing changes to methods
Participate in development of
methods, techniques and evaluation
criteria for projects, programs, and
people
Determine and establish
organizational structures and
supervisory relationships, subject
to executive management approval.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Senior Manager IT Recruitment Job
-
3+
years of recruitment management
experience and 8+ years of
corporate/IT recruiting experience
-
Expert knowledge of recruiting and
advanced knowledge of multiple
related functions
-
Comprehensive analytical ability to
interpret and explain recruitment
metrics (i.e. time to fill, vacancy
rates, quality of hires)
-
Demonstrated experience using
leading Applicant Tracking Systems
(i.e. Taleo)
-
Demonstrated experience managing a
very hybrid and complex recruitment
function that covers multiple
segments (Health IT and various back
office applications)
-
Demonstrated success in partnering
with Human Resources and operational
leadership to develop comprehensive
workforce plans
-
Skills, such as strategic
negotiations with customers or
management or attempting to
influence senior level leaders
regarding matters of significance to
the function and/or Company
-
Ability to regularly interact with
executives and/or major customers on
most complex, multi-dimensional
issues
-
Experience managing an IT
recruitment function within an IT
organization.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Senior Manager IT Recruitment Job

Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration
or related field or 4 additional
years of equivalent experience

Master's degree preferred.
