Senior Business Analyst - IT Software
Development-Health IT will have
experience gathering requirements,
designing feature-based systems, and
supporting the software development life
cycle. He/She will act in a consultative
manner with the customer groups as well
as the development organization in
determining the best approaches for
providing customer solutions.

Senior Business Analyst - IT Software
Development-Health IT will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Serve
as the primary resource for
gathering, validating, analyzing and
documenting the stated business
requirements, and the creation of
the project use cases, visual
models, requirements specifications,
and reports
-
Lead
and manage requirements and analysis
activities
-
Articulate requirements, make
recommendations for process and
business flows, develop consensus on
requirements, and document
requirements via the approved
process and templates
-
Serve
as primary contact with the Subject
Matter Experts and the champion of
their needs across the software
development life cycle
-
Maintain and report on various
project metrics as required.

10 years experience in leading
requirements capture, management and
analysis activities along all phases
of the software development life
cycle, including conducting user
interviews, leading and facilitating
JAD sessions, and developing
business process models and formal
specifications
-
Team player. Work well as a team
member in a high-stress, often time
sensitive, unpredictable requirement
environment
-
Solid oral and written communication
skills, with the demonstrated
ability to communicate complex
technical topics to management and
non-technical audiences
-
Ability to attend meetings, take
notes, and later replicate notes in
a high level of detail in order to
relay any complex meeting
discussions and/or concepts
-
Excellent analytical skills, the
ability to integrate information
from multiple sources to execute
effectively and efficiently in a
dynamic environment

Strong problem-solving skills and
ability to comprehend database
methodologies

Experience providing customer and/or
PMO status reporting

Experience with MS Project
-
Ability to obtain a Position of
Trust designation

Experience with Master Data
Management applications

Experience implementing systems
using the iLog or Initiate software

Healthcare claims, policy and
provider experience

Experience in consulting to the
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
Services (CMS)

Experience in healthcare industry

Ability to obtain a Position of
Trust designation

Innovative, analytical thinker in order
to develop conceptual informatics
solutions to Master Data Management
interfaces.
Minimum Education Requirements /
