Job Summary:
The
Senior IT Compliance Analyst will be
responsible for establishing and
improving the required processes to
assess, monitor, and track application
compliance to all relevant Company
policies and agency regulations. He/She
will partner with application teams and
owners to mitigate any identified gaps
and report on status; keep abreast of
changes and updates to policies and
regulations and partner with teams to
review and approve work to address gaps
to compliance as necessary.Job
Description:
The
Senior IT Compliance Analyst will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Responsible for compliance with
applicable Corporate and Divisional
Policies and procedures
-
Develop processes, procedures and
tools to help build compliance
capability and adherence within
Company
-
Participate in the development of
policy and procedures and all
levels, and influence IT, Divisional
and Corporate entities to apply
effective solutions to improve
compliance throughout Company
-
Consult with people at all levels of
the organization to drive compliance
and mitigate risk to Company
-
Act
as an advisor for IT aspects of
audits, and may represent Company in
speaking with auditors about AV IT
policies and procedures
-
Act
as an expert and advisor on
questions relating to the AV Systems
Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Senior IT Compliance Analyst Job
-
Audit
experience, including internal
controls compliance, risk analysis,
SOX compliance and policy/procedure
compliance
-
Significant Work Activities &
Conditions Continuous sitting for
prolonged periods (more than 2
consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
-
MS
Office, especially Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Outlook skills
-
4
years system development lifecycle
experience with a risk-based
approach
-
Proven analytic skills with the
ability to review complex processes
and controls and develop unique
solutions, balancing risk and
business value.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Senior IT Compliance Analyst Job

Bachelor’s Degree + 6 years of
related work experience, with a
strong understanding of specified
functional area, or equivalent
combination of education and work
experience.
