Three
(3) years of experience as a project
manager/leader or senior programmer
analyst
-
Two
(2) years project leader/supervisory
experience
-
Depending on area of focus, may
require experience in implementing
packaged software
-
In
addition to the above, for Khalix
positions: three (3) years of Khalix,
Oracle and accounting/financial
development experience
-
Knowledge of the principles and
practices of project management,
planning and scheduling relating to
complex and diverse data management
and end-user support issues
-
Knowledge of the principles and
practices of business and public
administration
-
Knowledge of current computer
technology
-
Ability to plan, control and develop
time and cost estimates for project
activities
-
Ability to delegate work and to
coordinate and supervise the work of
professional and technical personnel
and contractors in a manner
conducive to full performance and
high morale
-
Ability to communicate clearly and
effectively, both orally and in
writing, at all levels within and
outside the organization
-
Ability to establish and maintain
effective working relationships
inside and outside the organization
-
Experience with the design and
implementation of relational data
base management systems
-
Experience with information
engineering, data modeling, and full
life-cycle application development
-
Ability to implement and support
Khalix application using full
life-cycle development methodologies
-
Knowledge of Microsoft, Citrix,
VMWare and Computer Associates
product lines
-
Familiarity
with the basics of DFW Airport's
Environmental Management System &
Environmental Policy and implements
Best Management & Good Housekeeping
Practices.
Minimum Education Requirements /

computer science or a related field
