Job Summary:
The
Manager IT - Finance & HR Applications will
be responsible for the management of
systems that support the Finance and HR
functions. He/She will manage both
Lawson and WorkDay applications for the
respective teams. The project management
responsibilities include coordinating IT
and vendor resources, with business
operation and project resource support
plan within established scope, timeline
and budget.Job

The
Manager IT - Finance & HR Applications will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Provide
leadership and management to direct
reports and contract staff

Review,
analyze, and evaluate business process
needs and the systems that support them

Prioritize business needs and
create/execute project plans to support
those needs

Identify
and manage project resources and ensure
tasks are completed on time and on
budget.

Lawson and WorkDay software

applications preferred: WorkDay,
Lawson, Benefits Express,
Document Express, Image Express,
JobScience, Kronos, ADP

8+ years of IT experience, with
the majority of those years in
applications development
-
5+ years experience in software
implementation
-
3+ years of project management
experience.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For

Bachelor's Degree in Computer
Science, Information Systems or
Business Administration.
