Manager – IT Change Management Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Manager – IT Change Management will lead the Company’s Change Management team, a geographically diverse team of 8-10.

Job Description:

The Manager – IT Change Management will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Responsible for their day to day task accountability and career development. This role is critical to the day to day operations and sustainment of the infrastructure by facilitating change process governance

  • Lead and facilitate the changes necessary for the team and organization to operate on policies & procedures consistent with ITL version 3 best practices in Service Transition.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Manager – IT Change Management Job

  • 6-8 years management experience
  • Demonstrated ability as a team leader
  • Proven background in Change Management for a Large Scale Company
  • Demonstrated budget and scheduling management skills
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong negotiation and consensus building skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills as well as continuous improvement process skills
  • Proven experience with HP Service Manager 9.3
  • Demonstrated strong partnering, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Forward-thinking team members who are passionate about delivering a quality product and enjoy working closely with business partners on both strategic and tactical challenges.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Manager – IT Change Management Job

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • ITIL V3 Certification.
