Description:
The
Mainframe IT Consultant will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Responsible for supporting customer
environments and providing in depth
guidance on technical issues
involving Mainframe solutions
involving z/OS and Linux on System z
in the areas of System Performance,
Network, High Availability and
Storage.

Deep
understanding of z/OS and or Linux
on System z and system z's role in a
client's environment

Strong understanding of IBM's
Mainframe product portfolio

Expert consultative knowledge on a
wide array of technologies

Broad
range of knowledge in multiple IT
disciplines
Excellent communication and client
interfacing skills, and flexibility
and willingness to work in a fast
paced environment
Highly motivated

years experience in Manage Client
Relationships

years experience in Communication -
Written and Verbal
Readiness to travel 75% travel
annually
English: Fluent
Require periods of heavy travel
(60-75% travel)

Performance and Tuning
